Information on the timing of the receipt of documents, the timing of the commencement and completion of receipt of documents required for admission, admission tests, the completion of acceptance of applications for consent to enroll in the SAEI AR HE Astrakhan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2018
Enrollment for the full-time form of training under the bachelor's and specialist's courses in the field under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is conducted in the following terms:
the deadline for the receipt of documents required for admission is 1 June 2018;
the deadline for completion of admission of documents required for admission, from persons entering the training based on the results of additional admission tests of creative and professional orientation, and from persons entering the training according to the results of entrance tests conducted by the University on their own - August 18, 2018;
day of completion of the entrance examinations conducted by the University on its own - August 24, 2018;
August 29, 2018, applications for consent to enrollment by persons participating in the competition for admission to places on contracts for the provision of paid educational services are being completed;
August 30, 2018 issued an order (orders) on the enrollment of persons who have submitted an application for consent to enroll in the field of contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
When enrolling in correspondence courses in the framework of the admission and placement benchmarks for contracts for the provision of paid educational services, the following deadlines are established:
the deadline for the receipt of documents required for admission is 1 June 2018;
the deadline for the completion of admission of documents required for admission, from individuals entering the training based on the results of the USE, based on the results of admission tests conducted by the University independently:
within the limits of control figures of reception and on places under contracts on rendering of paid educational services - on August, 18th, 2018;
the day of completion of the entrance tests conducted by the University on its own, on August 24, 2018.
Enrollment to the correspondence form within the framework of the enrollment admission to the places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is carried out in the following terms:
August 27, 2018, acceptance of applications for consent to enrollment from the persons entering the places within the quotas without entry examinations to the main competitive places is being completed;
August 28, 2018 issued an order (orders) on the enrollment of persons entering without entrance tests entering the places within the quotas, to the main competitive places within the control figures of admission.
August 30, 2018, acceptance of applications for consent to enrollment from persons entering the field under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is being completed;
August 31, 2018 issued an order (orders) on the enrollment of persons entering without entrance examinations, coming to the places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
In the case of the remaining vacant places in place under contracts for the provision of paid educational services, an additional set is announced - until October 20, 2018.
October 30, 2018, acceptance of applications for consent to enrollment from persons participating in the competition for enrollment under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is being completed;
October 31, 2018 issued an order (orders) on the enrollment of persons who submitted an application for consent to enroll in the field of contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
Information on the timing of the entrance examinations for full-time and correspondence courses:
Full-time form
from July 16 - July 26, 2018, from August 20 - August 24, 2018 - to places on contracts for the provision of paid educational services;
Extramural form
from July 16 to July 26, 2018, from August 20 to August 24, 2018, from October 22 to October 26, 2018, to places on contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
When applying for a training program MASTER full-time and correspondence forms of training on-site the following terms shall be established under the contracts for the provision of paid educational services:
the deadline for receipt of documents for admission is 1 June 2018;
Deadline for the receipt of documents:
July 27, 2018 (full-time education) to the places on contracts for the provision of paid educational services;
September 12, 2018 (correspondence form of training) to the places within the control figures of admission and to places on contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
Enrollment for full-time and part-time forms of study in the field under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is established in the following terms:
Full-time education:
August, 13th, 2018 reception of applications on the consent on transfer by the persons participating in competition on enrollment on places under contracts on rendering of paid educational services comes to the end;
August 14, 2018 issued an order (orders) on the enrollment of persons participating in the competition for enrollment in the field of contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
Extramural studies:
September 21, 2018, applications for consent to enrollment by persons participating in the competition for admission to places on contracts for the provision of paid educational services are being completed;
September 22, 2018 issued an order (orders) on the enrollment of persons participating in the competition for places on contracts for the provision of paid educational services.
Information on the timing of the entrance examinations for full-time and correspondence courses:
from July 28 to August 1, 2018 (full-time education);
from September 13 to September 17, 2018 (correspondence form of training).
